Cultured Living offers "Free Shipping" on most of its home decorative accessories and furniture within the Continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be charged regular shipping and any other surcharges. Our goal is to provide you with the best prices, with little to no shipping costs.
Free Shipping is regular First Class Mail or UPS/Fedex Ground Home Delivery. Expedited Shipping can be arranged with our Customer Service Department and will be charged the upgraded shipping cost. All orders shipped Freight or Pallet are curb-side delivery only. Our Customer Service Department will confirm the Arrival Date of your merchandise in order to facilitate arrangements for product delivery and signature required. Any merchandise rejected, returned or not accepted by a customer at the time of delivery will incur the delivery and return delivery cost.
All customer orders are shipped from manufacturer warehouses. Shipping and processing times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but will not exceed a 14 day period unless specified. At times, our manufacturers will run out of stock or discontinue an item without prior notice. We will contact you via email or phone with an estimated in-house date or cancel the order and refund your money immediately should the manufacturer no longer carry the item.
Returns will be accepted up to 15 days of receipt unless otherwise stated and notified in advance. Items returned without prior notification to our Customer Service Department will incur a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Products must be in their original packaging and in excellent condition. Please call or email our Customer Service Department to request a Return Authorization. Upon arrival, manufacturers will inspect all items returned and will confirm the condition of the item with our Customer Service Department. Please allow 7 to 14 days for processing returns and refunds to your account. All large items shipped Freight or Pallet that are returned will incur a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of return delivery.
For many items, there is a No Returns policy imposed by some of the manufacturers that we work with, so please read the item description to its fullest.
For our International Customers, please note that shipping is not "Free" and you are responsible for any Duties and Fees your country imposes. See your country's Customs Regulations for all fees due. If you order a product and the International Shipping Charge is not reflected on your invoice, we will contact you via email or phone for the additional cost owed to Cultured Living.
Our website on occasion experiences glitches on Domestic and International Prices/Shipping Charges but we hold the right to impose and seek the accurate cost for the item or shipping cost and will not be held accountable for any mistakes on our website. We will try our best to make our customers happy.
